Strategic business plan of building a distinctly unique drugstore that will set a new trend in the pharmaceutical retail industry,  so its owner, Mr. Francisco O. Pacheco Jr.,  came up with the  2-in-1 business concept for CITIDRUG. Rika Drugstore is a well-known drugstore in Cagayan de Oro City. It is considered as the pioneering drugstore in the city since it started to operate way back October 2, 1987. The first owner of the drugstore is Dr. Segundina who is an Anesthesiologist by profession. Susan needed antibiotics to fight a serious bacterial infection. However, she only had enough money to buy branded medicines for a treatment of 3 days.

She got a little better, but the infection came back with a vengeance, and she needed to be hospitalized. Fortunately, some relatives pitched in and helped pay for the bills. Susan was lucky.
