CRAVINGS RESTURANT & BAKESHOP
The big name that we now know as Cravings traces its beginnings on October 16, 1988, when Susana “Annie” Guerrero and daughter Badjie opened up a small bakeshop counter across Ateneo along Katipunan Avenue . It was originally a simple take-out bakeshop, offering only specialty cakes and pastries to nearby residents and students. When business flourished, the small take-out store grew into a coffee shop and then into a full-service restaurant. Very soon, the name Cravings became a symbol of elegant fine dining.
The continuous growth and development of the company can be attributed to its mission statement: “Our customers FIRST, LAST, and ALWAYS.” The word “cravings” suggests an intense desire for something, and it is Cravings’ corporate philosophy to eagerly satisfy the gustatory desires of its customers. With this mission and philosophy as the focus of its service, the success of the restaurant was inevitable. After 14 years, Cravings has grown into a group of successful establishments including Cravings Restaurant & Bakeshop, Cravings, The Coffee Beanery, The Orange Place, and the Center for Culinary Arts-Manila.
Franchises of Cravings, Cravings Restaurant & Bakeshop, and The Coffee Beanery are now made available to YOU through the B.Y.O.B. CORPORATION, the franchising arm of The Cravings Group.

--------------------------------------KRG’s PAN DE PUGON
KRG’s Pan de Pugon is an offshoot of Kaye Ryan Grill Restaurant which was established In July 2000.Being an allied related business, the company thought of opening in February 2002 the first bakeshop, the main product of which is Pan de Sal within the grounds of KRG Shaw Boulevard branch. The reinvented ambiance of a pugon oven and the idea of fresh, firewood baked, bromate free and vitamin enriched bread has achieved very high public acceptance. Target customers range from the ordinary laborers to the office workers to consumers living in plush villages. The ability to achieve gastronomic satisfaction with just one piece of bread, either alone, or with filling at such minimal cost has made the business viable. Pan de sal and other bread products being an established part of the Pinoy meal and taste have also helped the concept’s acceptability.- Franchise Fee: P300,000

PAN DE PIDRO BAKESHOP
The fast-paced mode of living in urban areas has caused a considerable shift in the preference of families towards bread products. Breads are satisfying and are readily available, which “liberates” busy people from having to prepare elaborate meals and snacks.
However most traditional bakeries operating in the small communities do not offer attractive bread products forcing customers, who are on the lookout for quality baked goodies, to try to the relatively expensive alternative: bread sold at groceries and supermarkets.
It is for this reason that Gilie Sing established Pan de Pidro, a bakery that is a cross between traditional bakery and a regular bakeshop. Like a traditional bakery, Pan de Pidro offers Pinoy breads and staples like pandesal, Spanish bread, pan de coco, ensaymada, cinammon rolls and similar local products. As a bakeshop, the quality of its products is well above the “masa” variety and may already be categorized as specialty baked goodies. But the bottom-lime is that Pan de Pidro’s quality products are always offered at prices that are well appreciated by the value-conscious middle and lower-middle income groups.
Pan de Pidro is now a household name within the community called Barangay Vergara in Mandaluyong City, where it all started. Now, through nationwide franchising, Pan de Pidro hopes to bring this enhanced concept of bread-making to every community in the country.
